A member of the SPAS Board of Directors will be assigned as Grant Monitor for each approved grant.  That person will monitor the progress of the project and report to the board as needed until the project is completed.

All applicants whose grants are approved will need to submit a report by May 2009.  The method of reporting will be determined between the applicant and the Grant Monitor.  Examples of reports are a presentation at a board meeting, a presentation at a monthly member meeting, or an article for the Cardinal newsletter.
